Rodger, I've just had a look at your web galleries again. This is the first time I've seen your portraits. They are great, although I've decided you don't look particularly trustworthy in any of them, the scale going from "least trustworthy" (the Realtor) to the "most trustworthy, "listing to the left." Just kidding -- except for the greasy salesman type. I think my favorite is the head shot in the circular frame, although the over-the-glasses ones have a certain je ne sais qua. (except I suspect I do know qua).

[Revision - October 2006: That "greasy salesman" photo has really grown on me. Now it is my favorite -- because it always makes me smile.!]

Considering the fact that yesterday my therapist and I agreed that I needed to time myself on the computer, I probably shouldn't have expanding that last paragraph quite so much.

But here is what I was getting to: I love this particular ski photo (right). It is now my current desktop art -- except I tweaked it a bit to bring up some colors and also brightened some areas. No sharpening to speak of, as I love the misty look in the background.

So much to say, so little time.
